TENNIS: US Open 2023

I’ve learned that, actually, Sky have the rights to the US Open. Which I haven’t got, and I assumed that Amazon Prime would. Grr. Yes, Cincinnati was great, but in part because it set up for the US Open: would Swiatek be able to defend now that the American women had added themselves to her rivals, never discounting one of the talented Czech women? I’m left hoping that Djokovic and Alcaraz won’t meet again in New York, unlike most of the tennis world. That’s mean of me! But I now have Radio 5 Sports Extra’s coverage on, and we’re at the stage where the Brits are still in. (If one of the Brits is still in in the finals, will someone fork out to air it on a free-to-air channel?)
