If you’re going to start a girls’ school series intentionally, it makes sense to start at the very beginning, like with Trebizon, Malory Towers or Hogwarts. ( Read more... ) If you did want to introduce a young girl to boarding school stories, I’d still urge the Chalet School or one of the classics first, but maybe this would be a good book for a girl who watches more Frozen than reads books.
